Note: While Dr Toyos pioneered IPL, LLLT and PRP Drops, none of the devices currently approved in Australia meet his standards for medical-grade LLLT in Dry Eye therapy.

Technology Standards
All Dry Eye Solution clinics use Lumenis OptiLight IPL (ARTG 417251) a medical-grade device listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods and FDA-approved in the United States.
Dr Toyos was instrumental in achieving both approvals and remains directly responsible for defining the global treatment parameters.
Every OptiLight device within Dry Eye Solution is programmed by Dr Toyos using his verified Toyos Protocols.
Dry Eye Solution does not use IRPL systems such as E-Eye or TearStim.

While not diagnostic on its own, it offers a clear, data-driven benchmark for symptom tracking.
